BIO

Cliff O'Connell is a novelist, screenwriter, playwright and sometime
poet.

He just had his fifth novel, a murder-mystery titled "Some Die Trying,"
transcribed into manuscript. Cliff writes his novels in longhand and
then has them transcribed into manuscripts.

His first two novels, "…And My Lover, and "…And My Soulmate." are romantic novels. A satire on Academia titled "All the Queen's (Hench) Men" is now being
transcribed. A futuristic novel, set in 2023, titled "Stillness in the Night" will be next for the transcribing process. He is currently writing a political novel titled "No Time for Anger."

Cliff is the co-writer of the screenplay "Return to Sierra Madre," a sequel to the John Huston classic screenplay, "The Treasure of the Sierra Madre.' On his own, an esponiage thriller is in the works titled: "The Dead Don't Lie ." He recently completed a three-act play: "Marriages—Those Made in Heaven—And the Other Place."

He has an M.A. in Theatre Arts from Cal State L.A. and a B.S. in
Radio-TV-Film from the University of Texas at Austin. Cliff teaches
Humanities at Los Angeles City College and Mission College in Sylmar.
